How does the cancellation policy work?
In the event that you have to cancel a workshop, you may be wondering about the consequences. Here is our cancellation policy.
Cancellation. How does it work for workshops and events?
- For workshops, you can cancel free of charge up to 8 weeks before it takes place via the confirmation email. You have the option to book a new workshop to the value of your registration fee.
- If you cancel between 8-4 weeks before the start of the workshop, you are obliged to pay 50% of the workshop fee. The remaining 50% can be applied against costs when booking another workshop.
- If you cancel less then 4 weeks before the start of the workshop, you will forfeit the entire (100%) workshop fee
- If you cannot attend a workshop you have paid for, you may consult with us about sending a substitute attendee in your place. You may not send a substitute with out prior approval.
How do I cancel a live event?
There is no refund if you cancel your attendance at a live event. However, a substitute may attend in your place, without any need for approval from us.
Cancellation by us?
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop, you can either rebook another workshop, or be refunded the fee in full.
